These terms govern your use of Social360, a service that helps small businesses create and publish social media posts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Social360 generates draft social media posts for your business using AI, lets your team review and approve them, and publishes approved posts to the social media accounts you connect (such as Facebook and Instagram). Features may change as the service evolves.
You keep all rights to the business information you provide and to the posts created for your business; you grant us the license needed to operate the service (generating, storing, and publishing that content on your behalf). Drafts are AI-generated and can be wrong — reviewing them before approval is part of the service’s design.
Publishing depends on third-party APIs (such as Meta’s). We are not responsible for their availability, or for actions those platforms take on your accounts. Disconnecting a platform on Settings → Connections stops all publishing to it immediately.
You can stop using the service and delete your account and its data at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
If we make material changes we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
