Privacy Policy

Social360 (“we”, “us”) helps small businesses create and publish social media posts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and a hashed password when you register.
• Business profile — the information you enter about your business (name, description, website, inventory feed) used to generate your posts.
• Social account connections — when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we store the access token Meta issues us, encrypted at rest. We use it only to list your Pages, publish the posts you approve, and read back the status of those posts. We never post anything you have not approved.
• Content — the drafts, images, and published posts created inside Social360 for your business.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service for your business: generating drafts, publishing the posts you approve to your connected social accounts, and showing you what was published. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Third-party services

Post text and images are generated using AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI); the business profile text you provide is sent to them for that purpose. Publishing uses Meta’s (Facebook and Instagram) APIs, governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete it at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions. Disconnecting a social account on Settings → Connections immediately deletes its stored access token.
