You can remove your data from Social360 at any time. Pick the level that fits:
Sign in, go to Settings → Connections, and click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token for that account. Posts already published to your social pages stay on those platforms (delete them there if you wish).
An account admin can delete the whole business account — profile, drafts, images, connections, and every user login — from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
